Last week the whole Middle Syndicate. Did Scratch Art with my Teacher's flat mate and she was called Ella.She was helping us do the Scratch Art. She showed us her one of hers and it was cool.It took two days we had to plan the colours and once we finished that, we had to plan what we were going to draw after we put art on.When it was my turn I was happy then I drawed it This is what it looks like.Also I had many ideas it is just that I forgot them .

On the 18th of November,Waikowhai primary school got to do Lego.I was so excited when we got in there was heaps of Lego.The people that were showing us the lego sets.Then they showed us the six workshops,They were Space ships and planets,stars,landscape,jungle,control center.We started on spaceships I made my one like a stars war one well kinda.My people I tried to make look like a mandalorian but they looked like storm troopers.I made it look as prepared as I could.They let us only do 2 then we got to chose.After that we fished some kids got to choose a prize.Then we went it was the only lesson.
My art shows the great wave. Why my one is different is because I did reverse colors like them. I thought it was a bit challenging because I would get tricked by thinking it was the same. I chose 5 colors that I liked. I chose orange because it makes me feel warm and the 2 blues because they make me feel cool. I also liked the way that the artist had drawn the big wave and added canoes to make it look like real life.
Hello on Monday we did went on this art app.It had some cool panting like statue of liberty we could not only do the same colors, but we could do others colors. I had fun it also had image so we could see what it looked like.
Why we have been doing coloring is because we are doing it for summer learning.How we got on was the teacher put it on the site.Where we found it was on the site.

Athletics!!!
Kia Ora. On Tuesday we did Athletics. We had 12 events. We had to have our colour. I was yellow.
When we did long jump, I felt the nerves. When it was my turn I ran as fast as my legs could carry me then I leaped!!! Like I had never done before. Right after we went to fitness trail. We had to do 200 metres and 400 metres. When I did my races I would win but except against two kids, Daiki and Masi. When it was finals for the last race I came 3rd place. Then we went to sprints. I came second and first. Then we watched the 7 year girls. After we went to shot put. It was close for finals. Me and my friend were close. I threw 6. 5 metres. Then we did our last event - high jump. It
was hard. Lots of people came 4th. Then we did relay. Tui won most of them. Then we won.

This week, on Tuesday, we were making paper rockets. Our teacher, Mr Riceman, tested it first. Some of us predicted how far it would go. When he first tried, it did not go then we told him how to improve his design, then it worked but only went a small distance. For the topping some kids said that it looked like a Chinese tradition hat. The teacher let us choose which one we wanted to do the the paper one or the virtual. Some people chose the paper, but I chose the virtual. When you did it you had to try not to blow the rocket ship up. It was easy until Mr Riceman told us to put the drag and mass on. I tried a lot but I didn't get it correct until the last time...I tried - I did it! We learned what the distance from one side of the circle to the opposite side is called the diameter. From halfway across the circle to the outside edge is called the radius. Here is the link to what we did.

Last week on Friday I planned to bake banana cake and I did it. My sister Angle was supposed to help me but she was doing a science experiment so I was going to do it myself. Then my mum told me that Lavinia is going to help me, so she helped me. First we washed our hands then we turned the oven on to 180 degrees. We then got the ingredients out from the pantry. Now we prepare our recipe to make our cake. We mashed the bananas in a small bowl. Then in our main bowl we creamed the butter and sugar. Then I added the eggs and vanilla essence and mixed well. Then I added the mashed banana to our main bowl. I then prepared my milk and baking soda in a small pot where I heated it on the oven with Lavinia supervision and stirred it till it got fluffy and then added it to my main bowl and mixed it together. I then added the flour and baking powder and mixed it all together. Now I am finished mixing all the ingredients I am ready to put my banana mixture into the baking tray then my mum put the tray in the oven.
On Tuesday I was doing my work i went to get a snack then my sister Angina was making fried bread I asked if I could help she said yes so I was rolling the dough then my sister told me to get a small bit of water then she poured a small bit but did to much so then she was squeezing it and rolling it around the she poured flour on the table and put it there then she was rolling it again then we finished and put the oil in it then.We put them in the the firer and I put the first one in then my sister said lets put two in we did but she droped it a tiny bit me two the i burnt my finger it hurt but i was okay,the we flipped it so both sides would get cooked the we finished.

On Monday I made cookies I had nothing to do so I was going to make delicious cookies, My mum printed the cookies recipe and then my mum told my sister Angelina to help me bake delicious chocolate chip cookies.First we creamed the butter and caster sugar then we added condensed milk and then I mixed it together I gave my sister a turn.We sifted the baking powder and plain poured in and mixed it together. And finally we added the chocolate chips in.Then we stared making rolling them then we flattened them and they looked like cookies then we made star shape ones once we put them in the oven.when we finished we made 4 big stars the bottom looked burned but it was actually chocolate on the bottom then when we took them out we taste tested and it was delicious.
